I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how delighted I am with my blinds. We fixed a wooden baton to the concrete lintel first and it took me and my dad about 2 days to get the alignment right, given that I had three blinds to line up, but they are millimetre perfect and I couldn't be happier. The colour and slat width is just what I wanted. So pleased you returned my missed call that day. A Jones

Just to let you know that that the bamboo blinds were delivered to our house yesterday afternoon. We have already fitted 4 of the 12 and hope to do the rest tonight. They all appear to be undamaged.
