Colour Variations
Wood venetians are a natural product and there may be colour variations in the grain. Also, the settings on computer monitors will affect how colours look – please ask for samples if you are in any doubt.

Delivery
We cannot give you a specific delivery date or time. Delivery is usually 7 working days or less. You do have the option of having your blind delivered to an alternative address if you think you will not be in.

Returns Policy
We offer a no quibble guarantee that all goods are received in perfect condition. We do regret however that made to measure items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
